Strong vibrations can cause severe damage or reduce performance on rotating machinery.
Machines that require very smooth running such as turbines, mills, vibrating feeders, fans, centrifuges, pumps and cooling towers are especially prone to such damage.Resulting breakdowns and repair costs can be prevented by monitoring vibration velocity or vibration acceleration.

Safe shut-down protection of machinery if defined vibration limit values are exceeded or undershot.
The continuous vibration monitoring by vibration sensors of rotating machines together with the appropriate evaluation electronics (analyser) becomes a complete machine protection system. If limit values for vibration velocity or vibration acceleration and the delay time are exceeded, the control system switches off the machine to protect it from damage. Using easily readable displays, employees can check the input values of the vibration sensors at any time and intervene if necessary.

All of our vibration monitoring systems are 100% tested in our calibration laboratory. All data is summarised and documented in a report.
